Total Requirement – 100 Executives Appended below are the basic details with reference to above position: 1. Person should be excellent in written & verbal English. 2. Above 18 years of age. 3. Should be willing to coordinate with customers over the email/Chat/Phone. 4. Should be willing to work 6 days in a week. 5. Should be okay with roster week offs. Working Hours – 9hrs/day (including 1 hour break). Desired Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 Months of experience in Customer support on calls & email process. Qualification - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate/Undergraduate. Job Description: Provide solution to customer queries via emails and Chat. Monitor and enhance process adherence, customer satisfaction. Assist Customer over the chat/Email to understand the exact concern and providing the best possible resolution. Male and female both can apply.
